 | Step 1. | | | Click the "SignUp Here" button to your left to begin scheduling your assembly session on our web site, or feel free to schedule a session over the phone or in person at our store. Sign up at least two days in advance of the session date you wish to attend. You choose a minimum of 6 or 12 entrees, in any combination you like (i.e. you can double up on meals you know you like, or choose 6/12 different entrees, whatever suits your needs). Reserve your session with your credit card, but note that your card does not get charged on-line. PLEASE BRING A FORM OF PAYMENT (CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, CASH, OR CHECK) WITH YOU TO YOUR SESSION TO PAY FOR YOUR MEALS AT OUR STORE. |

 | Step 2. | | | Please remember to bring a laundry basket or cooler to transport your items home. When you arrive at our store on the day/time of your session, check in at the registration counter for your personalized menu selections and then one of our friendly Dinner Helpers staff will get you started. They will give you an apron and a brief orientation on how to assemble your meals. |

 | Step 3. | | | Proceed to one of the 16 meal prep workstations where we will have step-by-step assembly instructions for each meal. All the ingredients are already sliced, diced and chopped for your convenience. Just grab a freezer container from that workstation and start assembling your meal. After you finish assembling each meal at the corresponding workstation, wrap, label, and put it in the refrigerator on your assigned shelf. Leave the clean-up to us! |

 | Step 4. | | | Rotate through each workstation until you have all your entrees assembled. Then pack your completed entrees into a cooler or laundry basket you brought from home. Stop in at the front counter to pay for your meals and any extras. Don't forget to get your "Frequent Cooks" card stamped! A cart will be available to transport your food to your vehicle. |

 | Step 5. | | | When you get home, immediately put all your entrees into your freezer. Don’t forget to take your extra menu selection list home with you to use as a guide so you know what is in your freezer. Just check it off as you pull out the food. The bags/pans have labels that indicate the entrée and also have the cooking instructions on them. |
